From July 16 to 24, 2017, Sri Aurobindo Foundation for Indian Culture (SAFIC) is organizing its Annual Exhibition, titled KAVAYAH, on Sanskrit Classical Poets.

To tell the story of Sanskrit literature in its many manifestations and cultural forms requires an equally broad range of materials and the most enchanting and profound among all the forms is poetry. Through this exhibition, SAFIC aims to bring to light the genius and insightful works of ancient Indian Sanskrit poets, including Bhasa, Kalidasa, Bharavi, Magha, Bhartrihari, Bhavabhuti, Sriharsha,  Asvaghosa, Banabhatta, Jayadeva, Visnusarma, Somadeva, Visakhadatta and many others.

Come and get introduced to these centuries-old constellation of Sanskrit literary and poetic greats, whose complexity (yet simplicity) and cultural dynamism will inspire not only the current but many future generations all over the world.

ALL ARE WELCOME!
