A 3-day Management Development Programme (MDP) was conducted by Sumitro Sengupta, Director, Sri Aurobindo Foundation for Integral Management (SAFIM, an initiative of Sri Aurobindo Society) for a large multinational asset management firm based in Gurgaon from November 4 to 6, 2014. There were 15 participants from the middle management category, with experience ranging from 6 to 10 years. The participants have attended several training programmes earlier and were looking for practical tips on how to implement the learning. The participants appreciated the reference and linkages to Indian philosophical/spiritual/mythological thoughts during the learning process.
