The workshop was experiential in nature with a varied panorama of activities to help participants have a greater clarity in practical as well as theoretical ways. All the participants actively and wholeheartedly took part in the interactive sessions and developed individual action plans to implement their visions after attending the session.

Feedback:

It was a wonderful experience to be part of the ‘Teacher’s Leadership’ Workshop held at our campus for 2 days. All the participants are energised and have started functioning with much more vigour, clarity and enthusiasm. Many of our confusions were clarified during the workshop. The flow of workshop was very aptly planned and guided. The first day was more of activities wherein you connected with the participants very well. The second day all of them were looking forward to interact with you and go according to the plan. Thank you very much for everything.

—Ms. Pratibha Sabnis, Director, Mirambika School for New Age, Bangalore

It was extremely informative, enjoyable and an eye-opener for us as teachers. Especially though the different activities and interactions we were able to relate and apply to the practical field. We have changed our outlook towards life and we have become self-confident and self-reliant.

—Ms. Sohini Bhattacharya, Teacher, Mirambika School for New Age, Bangalore
